white flakes in milk

Hi ladies!So I EBF my 7 week old son but I try to pump at least once a day so I have a small stash of breast milk in the freezer.

Hi, I just bought milk and the expiry date is like 2 weeks from now, but when I poured the milk there were these little white flakes in it.

I pour milk into coffee, and it sort of congeals/clumps up in the coffee. Milk is a colloidal suspension which simply means that the fat and protein molecules are very small and are floating around freely and not attached to each other. Sounds like the coffee maybe too hot and or acidic for the coffee and you are curdling it.Jenn, we noticed it first in the coffee, but it rises to the top of glasses of milk too.
