macys leather sectional power recliner

I’m finding it hard to clean underneath because there’s very little space between the recliner bottom and the floor. I don't know who manufacturers for them, but I can tell you a few of the differences that may account for selling prices. We like our sectional. I have questions and would appreciate input. Any input will be appreciated.
The only drawback is that the fabric doesn't hold up super well with 2 kids, dog and a cat. It all come down to the electrician and how easily he can access wires/circuit box.
