You can see the glue near the soles which is absolutely horrendous. I'm pissed. I have not found another product on the market that has this wide variety of proteins and vitamins and is heart healthy (not loaded with sugar or sodium). Being paranoid I did a lot of research and saw that this product contains some carcinogens and I stop using this and switched over to organic products. They are very comfortable and look great. It is a great way to sneak in extra protein and vitamins, especially for someone like me who tends to eat mostly a vegetarian diet and may not be getting enough protein otherwise.
