Description
The centerpiece of the Musical Fidelity V90-DAC are state-of-the-art DACs and filters of the same types, used in more expensive products. These components define the performance potential of the DAC and ensure, that the maximum sound out of this little box comes (available from August).
For the V90-DAC is small and compact. In the production we use less metal, this saves saves freight and handling charges. His case houses a very small board (PCB), which also saves costs. The number of components on the V90-DAC board is gone against no different than that of another state-of-the-art DAC. It is only small, because we do not distribute the components unnecessary.
The V90-DAC has inputs for coaxial cable, 2 x optical and USB (32bit 96kHz asynchron). It accepts connections up to 32-bit and 192 kHz. Thus, the V90-DAC can be used with a plurality of digital sources. All inputs are extrapolated to 192kHz.
The technical performance of the V90-DAC on a par with other DAC: The jitter is about 12pps, s / n ratio 116dB (‘A’ weighted), linearity +0,2 dB bei -116dB, Stereo separation is 104dB at 1 kHz, the frequency response is flat and is the ruler distortion 0,00025% at 1 kHz, such as 0,0003% at 20 kHz.
These technical specifications are state-of-the-art. This a completely neutral and accurate digital-to-analog conversion is ensured. No matter which source is connected. The V90-DAC combines a high-ended design with excellent build quality.
