That happens when you transplant a larger Snake Plant – many of the leaves droop. 6 years ago. Typically grown in very deep, 24", tall grow pots, with heavy soil, however the roots of the plant itself only go down about halfway or less into that deep pot.
I agree w/ the comment above, it's really the only thing that can cause a Sans. I water it about once a month and just leave it alone. Small doses of the toxin may not cause any symptoms; consumption of large amounts of the plant cause swelling and numbness of the tongue and throat, leading to intestinal distress.
