I have watched this video 15 times at least, have it on a DVD, but no DVD player in the house any more, had company and it was so convient to rent it on Amazon Prime and watch it without trying to find a Player and figure how to hook it up to our TV. I really enjoyed it, and have no regrets about buying it. $9.99 . Hard, tough and no jokes at all, until a young kid with a love for dogs turns all that around.

A look at the top-secret, high-tech espionage war going on between cats and dogs, of which their human owners are blissfully unaware. While this movie is not the best movie ever made, it is very entertaining, and a good laugh. Used to watch with my family when I was 16 and hadn't seen it in 10 years, so had to buy it and loved it just as much now as I did then. Have hosted a number of kids party with this and they love it!
