I have noticed several comments about the handle sticking.

Double check that first. I thought the nozzle was clogged, so I replaced it with one of the other bottles and it still didn't work when I pull on the trigger. You just have to put it together. It comes with 2 bottles, so I have Mr. Clean solution in one and Bona in the other, and I just switch them out. The sprayer has worked perfectly from day one.
