fightcade roms not working

Compiling PyQt4 in the latest version from riverbank will using SIP will not work. It is also available for different operating systems. When someone challenges me, I can't accept a match, but I can decline, but only if I don't click accept first. Put the JoJo ROM in the ROMs folder. Both are the japanese ones.
