A week ago finally arrived at an agreement of a 20% discount and that the replacement bed would be delivered a week earlier than what the previous rep insisted the earliest humanly possible delivery date could be. Have yet to find one that is truly great for that 1-1.2k mark.I purchased a west elm couch a few years ago. Unfortunately now, like a lot of companies the have down graded and are just like the rest.Ditto Laz-e-boy (or however it’s spelled). I had a couch too, which would have done just as well had extenuating circumstances not taken place.Seconded with exactly the same story. Stay away from this company! The bed frame was assembled very well by the delivery guys and it survived a move in perfect condition.
