The comments were just off the chain. The judges should judge without any influences - i.e. The only challenger advantage is they get to name their "signature" dish for Bobby Flay to make. The Azalea Salad 11 This show is the ultimate ego trip for Bobby Flay. Chicken mole should never ever have pomegranate or mango in it! With 13 seasons in and a very loyal viewership, it’s also one of the networks most successful cooking competitions. Still a fun show. Fried Lobster Tail 19 Local NC Honey Soy Reduction, Mustard Aioli. I have to say it's not bad. Why do the chefs get up from their chair to talk to the contestants? If the contestant chooses a traditional comfort dish, the judges know Bobby will make a non traditional version or make it southwest inspired. And their chicken and biscuit sandwich is so good, that chef Paul Fehribach used it to beat Bobby Flay on a recent episode of the popular Food Network show. What is up with the sound effects from the audience? I do not care who you talk too Chicken mole does not have any of those ingredients. Shame on you judges for giving Bobby the win over the colorful plate over a boring traditional plate. It was a distraction. For someone who has never cooked an item before, it sure ends up winning if Flay cooks it. Every time I watch this show, they emphasize that the judges are completely unbiased. 5347 N. Clark St. It was a fun show at first, but has become predictable. The number of times this happens, and Bobby Flay wins, is very disappointing! This was just a wast. first of all, those people who are saying other person's dish is better... are not the ones tasting it. I guess the judges must be biased... it's sometimes pretty obvious which dish belongs to whom. "Beat Bobby Flay," which is the type of show I never watch, was on the big-screen TV, and I saw three episodes before my car was ready. The announcers were somewhat annoying but didn't spoil it for me. The competition topics are entertaining and interesting to see the different directions the chefs take in completing their dishes. They are all obnoxious and obviously have queued reactions. For Bobby to slaughter the dish with raisins, mango, molasass was very disturbing!! How did they know that Marcus will be chosen and that he will cook Ethiopian, so they prepared an appropriate judge ahead of time?
