When checking the compression you can remove all the spark plugs, hold the throttle wide open when check to allow maximum air to the cylinders, record the numbers for each hole. The engine had not been started at all that day.Ok ... With only #1 cylinder plug pulled compression was 220lbs on #1 with cold engine.Thanks Chuck, thats close, I would suspect that the other will be right up there then, something I didn't ask you is the (little ski) or the LX the bigger hull ?

Anyway not sure how close you are to water, I would like you to try a few things, Let me know when you can be on line for a minute, I will send you something with some diagrams on it outlining what I would like you to do Chuck let me know when you are ready, I'll post it up !OK Chuck on the back side of the air box you'll see three drain plugs, remove those plugs and see if you get anything out of the air box, Then the tricky one in on the under side of the intake manifold, there is a drain bolt, it faces the throttle body, if you have a 12mm boxed end wrench you can remove that bolt, see if anything come out of that, just make sure that you install the bolt and re tighten it and then you get the clear rubber cups back on the air box, you can just squeeze the clamps and those will pop right off. I noticed at idle it is ideling about 1000 to 1500 rpm less than it was running before this happened.
